Dr. Clyde N. Wilson

What Are We to Make of  Trump Now in Office?

We can never fail to thank him for the courageous change he has made in American politics and public discourse. He spoke openly about threats to the American people that every Republican congressman and presidential hopeful was too shallow and cowardly to even acknowledge the existence of. This is a revolutionary event in U.S. history that we can hope will have long lasting effects.

He seems to have made a start toward correcting the immigrant crisis and reducing the monstrous federal bureaucracy. We don’t really know how far these reforms have gone and how far they will be able to go. We actually do not know what is happening now with these reforms. Can they really be solved definitively? We already see opposition by the “mainstream” Republicans, wedded to government spending and avoidance of real issues.

The issue of the “Big, Beautiful Bill” seems strange and incomprehensible. Has he sold out to the Establishment Republicans (always his greatest obstacle) and abandoned his populist base? What is he after? Is there something we don’t understand going on? Trump’s defect in personalising disagreements has caused him to attack some of the strongest and most important figures that have inspired his movement. This is bound to bring confusion to his base. It has certainly lowered my estimate of his capacity for statesmanship.

And, of course, most saliently is the “forever war” question. Trump’s stand on this accounted for much of his support, but we now find him making criminal and unconstitutional attacks on another country on flimsy evidence - just like his predecessors. It is like George W. Bush’s dishonesty if not stupidity again. Has he sold out completely to the Zionists? Or is he trying rash acts in hope of bringing them under control, something which is likely not possible for any U.S. President?

And what about the deceitful suppression of the Epstein material? Why? And will the administration prosecute the crimes committed by the CIA and other government powers? Or will these crimes be forgotten from the Republican desire to keep the government respectable?

Trump brought decent America some hope. At this date we do not know whether we were conned once again. We do know that MAGA and its promise of reform has been seriously damaged. If Trump does not fulfill his declared mission, that leaves us with the truth that electoral politics can never save us from the evil Yankee Empire.

We were conned, Dr Wilson, because Trump is a con artist. He’s a used car salesman, and I stayed home on Election Day in ‘24. I had a sneaky feeling he was going to become just another Republican warmonger, another Netanyahu’s butt-kisser. ‘I’ll end the Russia/Ukraine war in 24 hours when I’m elected!’ He’s sending Zelensky several more billions of dollars in a matter of days. You are correct, Dr Wilson. Electoral politics cannot save us from the Yankee Empire.

One more thing about Trump. He does not want to be told the truth. That's the reason he despises Thomas Massie. He wants to be told how great and wonderful he is.

I think the best thing he's done, or that has happened because of him, is that about as many eyes are now opened to the new reality as can be opened. Clown World delenda est.

Good questions, Dr. Wilson.

As far as I can tell, Trump gets his "constitutional" ideas from the awful Federalist Society at best. Perhaps this is the inner meaning of the ancient Republican slogan about putting government on a businesslike basis. It depends a lot on the businessman. If Trump really is an Emersonian (by way of Norman Vincent Peale) that would explain a lot. Worse luck, he's a New Yorker and the kind of developer that Floridians have learned to hate --- or at least some of us do.

Pragmatists, such as Trump, are quite often correct in their efforts to solve problems, but mere pragmatism, without the overarching guidance of principle, tends to look only at the immediate, the short term.

I pray for more, but at the very least, one of the greatest gifts Trump has given us is time, breathing space. We must use it well!

Demographics is destiny. Soon, we will have to resort to armed defense against the State and its defenders. Never forget who got us here. Not Blacks. Not Muslims. Not Hispanics. But White Yankees and the Jewish Cabal. I hate war. I hate violence. It abhor it. But when the 'crash' happens, I say raise the Black Flag. Nooses for traitors. Spare the women and children. Give all others the cold steel...

Some of you may not like how I am not more 'book-learned' in how I write. I'm very smart. Well read. But the time for book knowledge is gone.

The enemy is inside the gates. The city is burning. Our enemies enact genocide upon us. The fire bell rings in the night. And the clown world doesn't care. As John Randolph said: 'Why sit here and chop logic?'

If the women are or have been a part of the assassin jab conspiracy, let 'em swing. That goes for medical, educational, lamestream news, etc.

Onward, Christian soldiers!

I as well having Great Expectations, almost daily get triggered by our 47th president. American history however reigns in my pettiness and impatience. I know deep in my soul that it took two world wars and a Cold War lasting thirteen decades to land us where we are today. I find both sympathy for a man who works 20 hours a day on my behalf, all the while knowing that there have been many ways to kill a president or presidency. Two, asassination ala Kennedy and Reagen and judicial as was the end of Nixon. Read Geof Shepards 2021 book. I am sorry that my peers will not even acknowledge the lessons Trump has learned. His actions compared with his first term have been night and day. MAGA is a political movement and far bigger than oe man. It must be in able to defeat the enemies in the coming decades(not weeks or months).

Ted, you are right--we need to take a longer view. Trump has broke my heart in several respects, but we have to work with what we got.

Clyde, you are disgusting, and have hit rock bottom. Trump has bombed Iran, and is now covering up for Jeffrey Epstein by saying he didn't have a client list, and yet you are STILL running defense and copes for him. Face it, no matter what he does, you will never abandon him, and I suspect it's because your friend, Paul Gottfried is a jewish zionist who benefits from Trump, so you listen to what he tells you. You are a fraud, and I feel foolish for having ever admired you.

You sound like a ‘federal’ agent. Who is paying you? Or have you been blackmailed?

Not to mention, Trump supports H1bs, opposes deporting millions of farm workers, is now backing ukraine against Russia as well, but none of that will break you from this fat fraud yet, huh? You are a fake and a phony, and another elderly former conservative democrat who's going to be dead soon and go to the grave having went from a conservative democrat to a boot licker and brown noser of a republican president. Hope you're proud

The brave honor the brave. And you are not brave, Sir. You are either a ‘federal’ agent or just a recovering porn addict off his meds.

That's just damned uncalled for.

Trump can’t drain the swamp. At best, he can pour a little Drano down the pipes. America is lost. It’s gone. We must prepare ourselves for the fall and act accordingly. Scholarly articles will need to be one of the main sources of evidence to provide for later generations if Jesus tarries. In the past, Southern scholars were aghast at the LOS. In the future, those people will save you. Books won’t save you. Southern men with Bibles and guns will save you. And don’t forget: You may not think about race. But race is thinking about you. Oh, only Jesus truly saves. Get right with Him or spend eternity in Hell.

Brian. Why are you afraid to use your right name in your rants and what have you ever done actually for the Southern cause? Other than attack your betters? You are the type we need to get rid of to make any progress toward a free South.,

Dr. Wilson, it seems like Brian, who is probably a decent man, has been affected by the alt/right. What a shame .

I’m part of the ALT-RIGHT. I agree with a lot of what Brian says but taking out his frustration on Dr. Wilson is a waste of time-and unfounded. Where was Brian in the LOS’ protest days? I bet he wasn’t there. He was probably playing keyboard commando.

Dr Wilson,
I think you are barely older than I am. So, I suspect you have garnered enough wisdom over the years to hardly be bothered by the pitifully foolish drivel such as Brian(?) delivers. It is like being bothered by someone like Adam Schiff. Such drivel in my mind gets a simple “good grief”!

President Trump just "anointed" four globalist surveillance and computer experts to Lt. Colonels in the Army Reserves. That gives them the support, data, and protection of the gubmint, and command of many.
What might be the intention of turning all our data over to the globalists?
What could possibly go wrong?
-Both amateurish "assassination attempts" were third-rate theater. That's when I knew Trump was, at best, controlled opposition. If they had any desire to kill him he would be dead. The fact that he's not is frightening.
