War to End All Wars

The political party of Republicans, not to be confused with republicans, is giddy with the election of Trump and the “Red Wave,” washing over the “nation” in what continues to be coined as a conservative landslide by, at least some. This wave may be politically red, but if it isn’t cultured with Bonnie Blue, it will be no different from the usual Republican bilge of nationalism, wars, and the old Reagan-Goldwater (claimed-by-them) love fantasy, albeit lying-truth underneath. And probably not conservative. Well, let’s just say: NOT conservative.

The above was written by me after the election in 2024. I shouldn’t say “I told you so,” but nevertheless --I told you so.

We now have a war with Iran. And the truth to be told (since the geniuses at Fox News won’t tell it, or probably more likely, don’t know it) is we will not win this war, and sadly, if we don’t get out immediately will see a number of American boys killed (and praise be to our Washington gods, we can now allow girls to be killed in foxholes).

I won’t spend time with the foolhardy strategy (there is none) nor even the tactics that idiots like Lindsey Graham are screaming about which are almost inapplicable today.

I will say, briefly, that the morale of the Iranians is at a peak. And I believe it was Napoleon who said that morale is ten times all other factors.

As a comparison, up until June of 1941, the Russian people hated Stalin for the psychotic murdering thug who he was. He had murdered or imprisoned millions of his own people in land purges, political purges and via starvation through reckless economics. The Russian people despised him.

But when, on June 22, 1941 Hitler invaded Russia (his own ally) in operation Barbarossa, the Russian people turned on a dime and took up their pitchforks, rifles and whatever Stalin could give them and fought maniacally for “Mother Russia” against the monstrous Nazis. And these Russian people took all orders given from Stalin. Morale hadn’t been so high in Russia since Lenin had gotten them extricated from WWI.

One of the so-called primary reasons DJT and his brilliant political allies, and Pentagon hacks (without Congressional authority, of course) gave for war was what they magically and almost spiritually called a necessary “regime change.”

So, of course they killed the Ayatollah immediately expecting a rebellion and a uprising with the people charging into the arms of the United States (with their you-know-who mid-east partner) for some kind of magical “democracy.”

Only a fool would expect such a result. But then we are talking about the gods of Washington D.C.

This is only one of the reasons that we will not win, nor may we even extricate ourselves for months (maybe years). But it is the main one. Explain foolish tactics or the absence strategy? We are talking about low I.Q. Pentagon prima donnas and its multitude on four star generals.

As far as Morale in America—it stinks. And those Republicans who are not republicans can kiss the elections in the fall goodbye.

The Dems will win and if the borders are reopened, it won’t be the Russians who are coming (you get the point Lindsey?)

There are those who believe that Washington D.C. wants to become a state. Don’t believe it. That place would never lower itself to becoming something as pitiful as a state.
