The Treasures of Darkness

"And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel."  Isaiah 45:3

​The treasures of darkness  ~~~  are to be found ~~~ only on the dark road...


"Abide with me, fast falls the eventide,
The darkness deepens, Lord, with me abide."


The treasures found in darkness
When all else fades away,
His glorious presence He doth give,
My Jesus He abides.


"When other helpers fail and comforts flee,
Help of the helpless, Lord, abide with me."

Great God and King, My Jesus,
Great Shepherd of my soul,
"What ere my God ordains is right",
Upon this dark, dark road.
