White privilege is just another term for Western civilisation. When I graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1963 all the graduates were given Bibles. Women had their own dormitories and had to sign out and in. I reckon the times have changed. I saw a documentary about the horrific battle of Peleliu in World War II. Four Marine veterans of the battle were interviewed. Three of them had Deep South accents. Let’s tear down the monuments to their grandfathers. It seems that some people are justifying the jihad against Confederate symbols by saying that Confederates “killed American soldiers.” Of course, Confederates were American soldiers too and more “American” than their enemies. The “American soldiers” Confederates killed (a fourth of them foreigners) were engaged in a brutal war of conquest against other Americans, including women, children, and black people. Such childish views of the history of “American soldiers” seem to prevail even at the highest level. Our Secretary of State recently justified the U.S. regime’s Ukrainian policy by remarking that Americans don’t like big bullies who pick on smaller countries. Really? Narcissists and psychopaths never blame themselves for anything. Thanks to all the illegal immigrants in recent decades, California and Texas have about the same demographic profile of foreigners. However, stats show the Texas is considerably less corrupt and violent than California, and Texas is still Red. Why is this? Because Texas still has some remnants of Southern civilisation while California never had any civilisation. Lynn Cheney recently stated that secession had been decided by the “Civil War” and nobody should talk about. This is the shallow poseur “intellectual” who the Republican Party chose to hand out millions of dollars in grants at the National Endowment for the Humanities. Donald Trump very much wants to be President again. Does he understand how to prevent his election being stolen by the Democrats who will be aided by the Republican leadership? George Bush 1 was the last President to have any actual military service, 80 years ago. America is now a post-Christian society. That is a rather significant fact. Think about it.

Reconciliation came in the late nineteenth century in part because Marse Robert, by his example, urged it on Southerners, and in part because the Yankee Empire needed Southern cannon fodder for it's wars. Now they have queers, women, and transgenders to fill up the ranks so they no longer need Southerners for their cannon fodder, just for their scapegoats.

Excellent observation, as always! People overlook, many of them willfully, that Lincoln also killed the northern Republic when he murdered the Southern.

From the DOD website: The Department of Defense provides the military forces needed to deter war and ensure our nation's security.

Against my better judgment, I attended a Heritage lecture on originalism this week. The law professor (whose name I have forgotten) used the second half of the remarks to repeatedly bash the south on the fourteenth amendment and discrimination. The pure, well-meaning northern states were just helping to create an individual rights regime according to the professor. No word on the individual American and foreign victims of this individual rights system administered by Washington. Some of the attendees were just as ideologically zealous. If any real questions had been allowed aside from a Cato plant and another predictably obsequious scholar, I was tempted to ask if the jurisprudence he advocates increases or decreases the power of Washington, whether he was aware of what state he teaches in and the state residences of the founders that Heritage now evidently denigrates. He even tried to blame the south for the Federalists’ alien and sedition acts by stating that it was the southern states that imposed various sedition laws during the war. Not a word on the actions of the White House during those times.

Mike, you have correctly identified the "conservatives" who have been undermining the country ever since Reagan took office in 1981.

Mr. Johnson, I don't have a handle on these right now with my mountain of paper Why not write Chronicles and ask for copies. It might encourage them not to neglect their archives so much and make more stuff available. Show them some interest

Dr. Wilson, Thank you for the kind response. In a lame defense, I imagine one isn't permitted to be a law professor in 2023 without holding or pretending to hold similar views. He was smart and learned even if he offered tendentious interpretations of everything.
